How do I start a project?
Starting your project is simple. Just click on the link to the service you’d like, add any options you’d like included, and add it to your briefcase. Then just check out like you would at any other online store. 

What happens after the order?
Immediately after you place your order online, you’ll get a receipt and confirmation email from us and work begins at Powerful Image. We’ll contact you by email or phone to gather information to complete your order. And, you’ll be updated at every step along the way (revision stages, final proofing, printing, etc.)

How will my project take?
Different project types follow different timetables. Logos, postcards, press releases, letterhead, and sales sheets take 2-3 days while brochures and websites average 4-8 business days. Some advanced services like marketing plan development with research may take 3-4 weeks. Your project manager will detail your specific timetable and work with your to make the process a timely one.

What is my briefcase?
Your briefcase stores all of the projects you have selected to get from Powerful Image. Once the item you’re looking at is added to your briefcase, you can continue to shop for other solutions or go to the checkout page. As you add items to your briefcase, you can review your subtotal and remove projects you’d like to wait on for now.
